Pedestrian Operated Electric Truck (POET): Electric, Capacity range 900kgs - 1250kgs, Used for transporting pallets also stacker version, sometimes fitted with a ride on platform
Narrow Aisle Man Down: Operates within high level narrow aisle racking, Rail Guided, Wire Guided and sometimes Free Path. Operator controls all functions from ground level
Narrow Aisle Man Up: Operates within high level racking system, Rail Guided or Wire Guided. Operator is elevated inside cab
Order Picker: Operates within racking systems, mainly Rail Guided and Free Path, Operator is elevated inside cab. Low, Medium and High versions
Pivot Steer (Flexi/Bendi): Operates within Narrow Aisle racking systems, can also be used as a counterbalance on level smooth surfaces. More versatile, less expensive and smaller than Narrow Aisle Man Up or Man Down Truck
Sideloader (2-Way): Electric & Diesel, Capacity around 2000kgs - 3000kgs, Usualy operates outside transporting timber or steel, load is placed onto decking of the truck. Some older models have stabillising jacks
Rough Terrain Telescopic Handler: Diesel, Operates on Rough Terrain, 3 modes of steering, Front Wheel, All Wheel and Crab, Extending Telescopic Boom giving long reach and great height ability. Rough Terrain Fixed Masted: Diesel, Operates on Rough Terrain as a conventional masted Forklift Truck, can transport large heavy loads over rough terrain but not as versatile as telescopic version. Rider Transportable Forklift Truck (Moffett Mounty): Diesel, Truck is attached to the rear of an LGV and is used to load or unload the host vehicle. Can operate over fairly rough terrain and has differential lock for added traction. Also Telescopic and pedestrian versions. Teletruc: The Teletruc is a Forklift Truck made by JCB. Sometimes confused with the Rough Terrain Telescopic Truck, this truck cannot operate over rough terrain. It is a Counterbalance Forklift but with a telescopic boom, this enables the operator to load both sides of a vehicle by reaching over to the other side of the vehicle
Sideloader (4-Way): Electric & Diesel, Has a Reaching Mast, transports load on forks and can travel Forwards, Reverse and Sideways. Ideal for transporting large heavy loads in confined working environments
Container Handler: Diesel, Capacity range:- 15 tonne - 52 tonne, Has a telescopic boom with lifting frame attachment, twist locks locate into lifting points on the top of containers. Average stacking height 3 high, Fixed masted version inserts forks into slots at the base of container
